Bio
Mr. Bishop is an accomplished financial executive and works primarily working as a change agent for private equity owned companies. He has over thirty-five years of experience in finance, operations, and private equity. During his career, he has led a number of companies as CFO or COO including NetJets, Algeco Scotsman (which was the parent company of NYSE WillScot), and SeaCube Containers. Mr. Bishop is currently an external advisor for Bain and Company. He also owns Worth Brothers (“WB”). WB is an advisory business that works with private equity firms to drive significant change in their portfolio companies. Mr. Bishop is the Treasurer for Oceanside Conservation Trust (“OCT”). OCT is a nationally accredited land trust which works to conserve open space, scenic areas, and historic landmarks in Casco Bay Maine. He previously served as a board member for Promise Foundation. The Promise Foundation funds college educations for deserving young adults in Maine who would not be able to go to college without the Foundation’s support. Mr. Bishop has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine and an MBA from Northeastern University. He and his wife, Robin, have three adult children.
